Steven A. Larson is the founder and principal consultant at RewardRight Consulting, Inc. He created the company to help organizations find the best compensation solutions to support the achievement of their business goals and reinforce their desired corporate culture.
Mr. Larson has over 20 years of compensation design and management experience, including executive compensation, base pay, incentive pay, sales compensation, performance management, compensation communications and training, and recognition and rewards. In addition, he is knowledgeable of technical applications and tools that support the delivery of compensation programs.
Steven Larson has demonstrated his ability to understand his clients’ business needs and corporate culture and to craft workable solutions. He has widespread experience in several business sectors, including high technology, financial services, medical technology, manufacturing, publishing and public utilities. In addition to his domestic experience, he has completed projects for organizations in Mexico, Canada, Puerto Rico, the U.K., Germany, the Netherlands, Singapore and Thailand.
Mr. Larson holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities. In addition, he completed Masters-level studies in motivation and learning at the University of Wisconsin – Madison. He earned the Certified Compensation Professional and Global Remuneration Professional designations from WorldatWork, a Total Rewards professional association. He also taught an undergraduate compensation course at Bethel University in Saint Paul, Minnesota.
